Fanny: Uma banda feminina que você precisa conhecer

Fanny é o primeiro grupo que é notavelmente composto apenas por mulheres. Antes do Girlschool, antes do Runaways.
As fundadoras do grupo, as irmãs Millington, nasceram nas Filipinas e foram para a Califórnia em busca daquele sonho americano.
As meninas são feiinhas, só por isso não fizeram sucesso como as Runaways.
Mas é uma banda muito, mas MUUUUUUUUITO superior as The Runaways em todos os sentidos musicais possíveis.
Em vez de colocar uma magrelinha rebolando de espartilho você tinha MULHERES FEITAS tocando bem pra caralho, compondo bem pra caralho.
Mas, convenhamos, o Rock sempre viveu mais de aparência do que de som mesmo. Então não espere que vai ter filminho delas ou um reconhecimento maior do que uma boa lembrança. E só.
